The room was just like the picture on the internet. The staff were friendly. When we left for the day and returned from our outing; they had returned down the a/c to accommodate the heat. I will be staying here again in the near future.

Convenient and clean

We were happy with the overnight stay here. A little older hotel but the room was clean and it had comfortable beds. Good customer service. Convenient location off I20 with dining close by. Good breakfast. We would stay again definitely.

Was nice and clean had plenty of truck parking, so quiet and safe and had some dining options in walkable distance. They have basic continental breakfast scramble eggs and waffles.

The staff at the Baymont was very very helpful and accomodating. My wife and I had to stay 5 nights due to a plumbing emergency in our home and we were lucky to have found the Baymont. Clean room and great breakfast. Best hotel staff I've ever dealt with.

You will not be disappointed!

I was starting to change my mind about staying here after reading reviews but we decided to try it out! We were not disappointed! We stayed here with our three kids. There was enough room for all of us and our luggage. The pool was so clear that we thought the cover was on it. The pool did not smell like bleach. The front desk people were so polite and helpful! Check in and check out we’re quick! Breakfast was delicious. They have a waffle maker.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned! Bed was not made, used towels were on bathroom floor. Desk clerk said, “I just work here.” Second room was acceptable. Breakfast was very limited. We have stayed at other Baymont hotels in the past and were satisfied with them, but the Terrell Texas Baymont needs serious attention. Our experience will make us far less likely to stay at another Baymont in the future.
