"This small hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming
The Breakfast buffet was excellent and so was the a là carte menu in the evening.

"You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD.
This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location
You really need to tell the truth.
The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay."

"From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room,
The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area,
Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs.
Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +.
And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel."
