"The Bell is situated in Eckington. The inn is lovely, modern and stylish. The food is amazing. Breakfast in the morning was great. The room itself was small, but had everything you need. The staff were great. The only bad thing is the noise from the air conditioning , it was so loud I had to buy earplugs so I could sleep at night."

"We had booked three rooms out for ourselves and other family members. The property is in a brilliant location. There is no onsite service parking but free parking outside the front of the property. The entry instructions given were clear. All of the rooms had everything that you need in there. They are not very big rooms but big enough if only used to sleep in which is what we used it for. There was a well stocked welcome basket in each room which was a lovely touch which contained sweets,...

"Great hotel with lovely features in the centre of Cirencester .
Spacious clean bedroom and bathroom with toiletries.
Very good quality breakfast cooked to order"
"Staff were lovely, receptionists very helpful, Sunday lunch was good again restaurant staff helpful and polite our room and bathroom was very clean a few grubby marks on the carpets were a little off putting otherwise a good size room. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet which was well looked after and replenished plus a good selection of hot food from the menu. Will probably visit again soon as we felt welcomed and looked after. Thankyou The Queens for a lovely stay."
"The room was clean but a little small.
Unfortunately the room was not serviced on Monday 24th August which was annoying.
The staff were all very helpful and smart and cheerful.
The breakfasts were very good"
"Wonderful stay at the Lygon Arms, free and convenient parking. Ideally located right in the heart of Broadway. Bookings for dinner are recommended for both restaurants, excellent cocktails are the bar (no cocktails available at the Tavern). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Lots of walks right from the hotel. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. The spa has very nice changing rooms and showers. Would definitely return.
The two small issues we had was our room was right on the High Street (accessed through the dining room) so there was a lot of street noise in the evening with the windows open during the summer as there is no air-con. As our room was only accessible by walking through the dining room, we were told we couldn't wear the provided dressing gowns/slippers when we had to walk through in the dining room when going to the pool/spa and for a massage, so had to bring a change of clothes. I understand the policy completely, but it would have been nice to have been told this ahead of time and given the option to change rooms. When staying again we will request room off the high street and with freer access to the amenities."
"A brilliant stay in a very friendly hotel.
There was a fan in the room for the hot weather and the rooms and bathroom were spotless.
The breakfasts were brilliant.
We used the Spa and the treatments were really good. The general spa area was very relaxing and again spotless.
We would strongly recommend this hotel for a short break."
