"The front desk lady, Lakeisha, was a delight to be around. So friendly and welcoming and engaging. I would stay there again just to get to see her. "

"The night staff was not friendly. With the exception of the last that drove the shuttle. The man checking us in refused to let us book the 8 am shuttle. I had to go to the desk at 7 am to work with another staff member. He assured me the shuttle did run at 8 and got us on and to the airport on time. Rooms were musty and old. Would not stay again."

"AC seems not effective even though I increased to the highest for heat-up, but the room was still cold and I had to asked staff for a blanket."

"Van driver was mia- front desk staff at first claimed he was stuck in traffic, then admitted didn’t know where he was. 9 am pickup ended up being close to 9:30 - only because a young man stepped up and asked manager if he could take the 3 people trying to get to the airport in a second van. I nearly missed my flight. Also breakfast was very minimal and not replenished. Would not recommend."

"As my flight was cancelled just after midnight due to weather, the airline would not provide accommodation. I had to scramble to secure a hotel on my own so booked the red roof inn via expedia. I correctly booked the date I would check in but when I got to the hotel after 1 a.m., was told I could not check in until after 5 a.m. because that was when the property does its audit for the night/day before. Since I had already pre-paid for the room via expedia, I said this was unacceptable. The night desk clerk had to call some number to get auth to check me in which took over 40 minutes to complete!! Meanwhile, a number of other parties were lined up behind me to check in due to cancelled flights and this further delayed all of their check-ins. Red roof Inn - come on - you can do better than this. Additionally, there were no coffee makers in the rooms. Soap but no shampoo packets or bottles and the towels were absolutely thread-bare. "
