"The indoor/ outdoor large hot tub/ spa area was lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed that very much. Our room was fine but had a broken handle on one of the drawers. The shower was well-equipped with different options, but a very complicated control, it would be nice to have directions posted near the control mechanism. The continental breakfast was not to the level of a nice hotel- seemed more like the breakfast at a 2 or 3 star hotel. Coffee was not made to order- it was in a large dispenser and had very poor flavor, and there were only cheap plastic glasses for the juices. Cereals were not healthy choices. Packaged yogurt. Not to the level of continental breakfasts I've had at other hotels of this star rating. Staff were helpful and pleasant."

"You can tell it is an older hotel, but the location for a baseball game is excellent! Just 2 blocks from the hotel. This is our 2nd stay here in the last 3 years for a Bison game, and we will stay again I am sure! The property is kind of old, and not in the greatest part of town. But otherwise a good place to stay."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western on the Avenue. The continental breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, and everything was clean and well organized. Our room was a comfortable size — just right for our needs. There was a fridge, although it did not have a mini freezer, and there was no microwave in the room. The staff were polite, welcoming, and very helpful. One thing that really impressed us was the cleanliness of the hotel. For a pet-friendly hotel, you would never know it when entering the room — it smelled fresh and clean and was clearly very well maintained. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. We had a very good experience and would happily stay here again."
