"RED FLAG: Mattress is not encased. My daughter and I itched thru the night in room 410 in April 2026. Per-friendly hotel so who knows what creepy crawlers are lurking in this outdated hotel. When I asked the kind front desk staff if itching is a common complaint, one said no, the other said YES itching is common complaint but maybe it’s the cleaning products. I think not. Be warned. "

"The staff was respectful and helpful but the rooms stinks of sigarets smoke had to change rooms 3 times and all ove them were in the same condition the last one was less. In the pool was no towels . "
