This property was ok. We just needed to get some rest. The property needs a lot of updating including the elevator. The smell and it takes forever for this thing to move. The bathroom is outdated and no dispensers. Just a bar of soap (sealed) and a tube of shampoo and conditioner. We tried to make coffee in the room but all we had was decaf. So we went downstairs. The Lady running the breakfast was very personable, and she was great. Knowing the crowd before us took everything to eat. She had no problem refilling and even got me yogurts. The front desk was quite accommodating. The first room was a no go. The air conditioner was not working, either was the microwave. They replaced the microwave but it still didn’t work. We asked for a different room. So again I had to pack up and move. The air worked in the other room, but the microwave, even though it was working the side panel as you can see was coming off. I found out it was dangerous to use. And the glass inside the microwave was missing. So if your looking for a place to rest your head, it’s inexpensive and than you’ve found your place

I used to stay here alot when visiting family because I am usually traveling with a pet. This stay was just for the night on my way out of town. Staff super friendly, it's right off the interstate, clean, room was very roomy and reasonable price. Had queen bed, microwave, mini fridge- however fridge did not work very well and beeped constantly so I turned it off.. it was probably just a setting but I was to tired to mess with it since I didnt need it, I just let them know on my way out. Bed was comfy, AC worked great thats important in Florida! I would stay there again.

My stay was comfortable.. the staff was great. The location was very convenient. My only complaint is that the tub and the room floors were dirty… May have been a miss-hap, but I shouldn’t have to clean before my stay.. other than that hotel is great at great price.. things were under construction, but crew wasn’t in the way, and everyone is friendly.. thank you..

Staff were very kind , cleanliness was horrible walking in had a stinch and rat poison boxes all in the hallways by the room doors which was disturbing then there was a cheeseburger left in the microwave wasn’t sure if that was a welcome gift the shower was not draining by the time you got wet you was standing in an inch of water but nasty to say the least the pool was gross the gym however was the cleanest part of the whole hotel , I changed rooms after the first night and had a better experience as far the shower went but fully was very nasty I will not be returning to this particular Quinta that’s for sure .
