“The property was only six weeks old, so it is very clean so I have no issues with the cleanliness of the property or any issues with check-in. “We were originally booked into a downtown hotel for our very first visit to asheville. After some research, we decided we wanted to stay in a neighborhood and this was the perfect choice. Plenty of parking, perfectly located, and the unit was far more spacious than we needed for 5 nights. This was well thought out and we couldn't think of one thing they should have done better. Ice cold AC. Extra comfy bed,, ROKU. Coffee in room.”

“Close to Swamp rabbit trail, almost too close as you could hear people walking and biking by. Units need steps up to the trail. We enjoyed the easy access to the town from old buncombe road. Close to main st.”
