"Decent room for the price and excellent customer service"

"Would never stay here again. A full breakfast was advertised, which is one of the reasons we booked, but all that was available was coffee and hot water and only at certain times of the day. No coffee maker in the rooms. We had 2 towels and one wash cloth for the 2 of us. No bath mat. Asked for a hand towel and were offered another 2 washcolthes. There was mold above the shower. Dirty and run down premises. The bed was very old and covered with only a sheet and a thin nylon coverlet. Got cold during the night. Took 15 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom. It was quiet and we did feel safe, but those are the only good things I can say about our experience."
