Had to unplug and re plug all our electronics in the wall since the outlet was on the alarm clock. Waking the baby up ever 15 min. I’m so exhausted and i have a 6 hour drive. I messaged the property about it prior to check out but they never responded"

I appreciate the young man manning the desk being so helpful, but this issue, alongside others, were entirely indefensible. You should really only stay here if you need nothing more than a bed to sleep in"

"2 years ago I left a negative review after an unpleasant experience during our stay. We decided to give them another chance and stayed there for two nights, while visiting our FSU student, son. They were offering the best price per night, which hooked us and we had a much better experience. The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff, which is what we had an issue with last time, was stellar: friendly, accommodating and professional. Our 3rd floor, standard king room was clean, quiet, comfortable and nicely appointed. We took advantage of the free breakfast on the first morning. They could have used more staff, as there were dirty tables, no clean cutlery and they were low or out of many food and drink options. That being said, the one woman I saw working was doing her best and was apologetic and helpful. The food itself was tasty and the dining setting is quite nice. I'm glad we decided to give them another try, as we have always liked this hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future."
