"Our stay was excellent and totally worth the cost. Room, while not large, was comfortable and well eqipted. Lots of little things worked well, outlets in abundance and convenient locations, extra blankets, goid closr space. Public spaces and gym were really good and the staff was accommodating at all time. The location was very convenient, near an underground, reasonable walking distance to lots of sights and locations and while the breakfast was good, we are coffee shop people and there were lots very close by"

As it was my birthday, they left a lovely card, sweet treats and a bottle of red wine in our room which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my day. Little touches like that make all the difference. Highly recommend! Will be coming to stay again :)"

"Housekeeping was very very inconsistent. Coffee some days and not on others. Sparkling water on day 1 and then none after. Last day before we checked out was terrible. Coffee was not replenished at all. We saw staff out the room and they got some from them. Then we found that we did not have any towels. Took 2 calls to the receptionist to get towels. The lotion bottle was filled with soap. "

"Great hotel situated in heart of city. Only minor fault was a lack of staff at breakfast which meant service was very slow."
