The facility really is in the best location if you want to be in the heart of Times Square! The staff were excellent and helpful…and the room served its purpose…kind of reminded me of a studio brownstone apartment…

The hotel is very well situated, and we got great service (shoutout to Manuel at reception!). The public areas and the room were all very clean and well maintained. The room doors slam very loudly, and so when other guests leave or arrive early morning or late at night we hear doors slamming. It would be accommodating if complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and not just upon arrival. We would stay there again!
