"I highly recommend this place! We were skeptical when we pulled up the parking lot but we were plot surprised by how nice inside of the hotel. We arrived around 9pm. The office was already closed and we did not receive check-in information from Expedia. We called the number ion the door and it was answered right away by Samantha! She was super nice. Check-in was very easy. She even followed with a text message to check on us afterwards. Rooms were specious , modern and very clean! We met an elder lady (I think her name was Judy) in the morning. She was very friendly, she gave us some tips about the town and restaurant's . We only stayed one night since we were just there to visit the canverns but night recommended this property!"

"There was ongoing painting of the doors being done when I arrived to check in. So if I was hoping to rest or do something in my room at 3 that would have been a problem. Notices were posted that this was happening until 5, but I think it should have been stopped at 3 pm so no check ins were impacted. The breakfast buffet was pretty disappointing. I didn't feel the quality of the foods was what I was used to, the gravy for the biscuits was very bland, the biscuits I didn't feel were that great either. The best thing I had there was per-packaged cereals and Orange Juice. The bed slept great and the room stayed cool enough though I do wish the A/C unit just stayed on non-stop instead of turning on and off to maintain temperature. The room was clean and I felt secure staying there."

"The location and parking was very convenient. The staff was very courteous and helpful. There was an issue with the bathroom sink; the stopper was stuck and could not be repaired. The staff offered for us to change rooms but my husband did not feel well and did not want to move again. The facility looked very clean."

"Room was a bit dated, but everything was in immaculate shape and EXTREMELY clean. Room and bathroom were both very large in size. We had 2 queen beds which were both very comfy. Would have liked a 3rd pillow on the beds, but 2 was fine. Pillows here are like pillows most places nowadays (small and not very stuffed). Plenty of room for luggage (and then some) with generous counter space. Great location,close to downtown area. The exterior of the property was well kept and parking is plentiful. Owner was very helpful and had turned the air on before our arrival. My only trivial disappointment was that there was no in room coffee. Not a deal breaker since it was available in the office and there is also a Shell station next door with good coffee available before the office opens in the AM. Would stay again."
