"For my wife and I The Tower Hotel was everything we wanted. We had a good view of the US falls and the observation deck gave you a good view of all the falls and the fireworks. The off-site parking was acceptable because the shuttles are always less than 5 minutes away. The staff were all very helpful especially Ed at the door. The Steakhouse was very good and the prices were acceptable. Our waiter was very good I don't remember the gentlemen's name."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Building is older and could use a bit of sprucing up. Some of the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and the tub had scratch and cigarette burn marks on it. There was plenty of hot water though, and it didn't take long for it to arrive."

"Very clean and newly renovated rooms. We stayed in room 10. It was a bit small but perfect for a couple. Only thing is the walls weren’t very noise cancelling. You could hear the other rooms around you as well as all the pipes. Maybe bring a fan to drown out the noise. But overall I would stay here again"
