"The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend if you wanted room service to give enough time because sometimes it takes longer. We ended up going to the spa and Swedish massage was amazing. Using the steam room and the sauna was a great bonus. We went to the Fallsview buffet in the hotel, and it was really great. We ended up going more than once and kind of wish that they had different options each day but still all delicious."
