โWhen we arrived at that hotel on the forays day, we had a difficulty to check in because we didnโt know that system well. But one nice clerk at the front desk, he was really helpful and finally we could check in thanks to him. We could not have slept without his help. Weโd like to come back to that hotel again! โ

my flight was delayed, so I arrived in Manila late, but thanks to them checking my flight schedule, I made it to the hotel comfortably. Although the flowers I had requested on the bed prior to my booking weren't there, the room was upgraded, and I was able to relax comfortably for a week (of course, I paid an extra fee).
