โI really enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Hotel especially the location being downtown Baltimore it made everything more accessible. Although the elevators were down the staff compensated me for the slight inconvenience, which was much appreciated. I look forward to staying here again.๐โ

The gentleman who my husband gave the car and keys to told him he would get a text right away with car parking details an hour later my husband goes down and is met by another valet he explains he has not received the text. The gentleman ask who took care of him my husband sees the valet rep running back and forth with no clue as to where the keys were after...

โspacy and kind. But it is old hotel so carpet is old. If there is no carpet, it will be more comfortable for none USA citizen. Breakfast is free but, it is just ok. I payed for a breakfast at next door hotel(12~17$ including tip). โ
โThe hotel was within walking distance of the concert venue. I was able to walk to public transportation and restaurants. The hotel provided breakfast. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was a good price for the amount of time that I needed to stay. La Quinta has earned a returning customer.โ
