"We were in the bar for the happy hour 5 min before 7 pm and while other people were able to use their tickets as they left we bought a snack knowing the 7 pm was so close and we got charge for the complementary drinks. Lesson learn leave the bar before 7 pm so vouch can count. Breakfast was always great. Room was unclean when we arrived. Candy wrappers on the floor. Sofa bed was destroyed and nothing was done about it. We inform we were set up and don’t want to change rooms but were never able to seat or use the sofa. Walls were wet and wallpaper damaged. We were concerned to plug any of our phones chargers due to wet walls electrical plugs. Table was disjointed and wobbly. Wood on the fridge side was damage. We truly think the hotel is great and the staff is awesome. Well located. However the maintenance of the room had been let go to the point if hazard. We will come back but will carefully check the room before setting us up. Is a shame. Also there should be a reminder to other guest not to be parting and screaming at 3 am. It’s a party place sometimes and we can deal with it but is inconsiderate when people are trying to sleep."

"Everything was great with our stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for our needs. The room was also very clean. Shuttle to the airport was easy and on time. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and will definitely look to stay again."
