"We stayed at the Evershine resort for two nights! The property.is exvellent and wvey nook and cranny of the place is tended to with love and care! The room we had was excellent with all the expected amenities.. including a smart televisob and universal sockets. The amenities were wonderful! We the pool table, table twnnis and carrom. "Pathetic hotel with even more pathetic staff. There were cockroaches in the room and also in the food (breakfast buffet). When I pointed out the cockroaches, their GM had the audacity to say "Dont worry they wont bite. Dont be scared""

"From the moment of arrival until departure the staff treated us like royalty. Dhriya from reception and Vaishnavi, our floor manager ensured that check-in was as smooth as possible, and the personal touches they arranged made our wedding anniversary a memorable experience. The food, cleanliness, and customer service are second to none, and we will be returning whenever we visit Mumbai. Shreyas in the poolside dining area also made our final breakfast extra special by arranging a cake for us. "
