"The room was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. And very close to all the activities we planned on doing. But subway is close and other forms of travel very easy to use in a big city. The hotel was great at holding our luggage while we waited for our room the day of arrival ( suggest to have earlier check in as most people are coming for events and need to get in to freshen up and prepare) They did text us once the room was ready. They did let us use the public washroom to freshen up and change on second floor. Only 1 washroom working the 2 others were out of order. This area was not clean lots of dirt dust and washroom was out of toilet paper and paper towel. This was a first impression of what was to come for our room and made me nervous. So maybe having this area cleaned would be a suggestion. But once we returned once our room was ready we had about an hour to get ready and freshen up before we had to go to our event.( I did ask for early check in and would have paid to get in earlier. The reflection of the public washroom not being clean did worry me on what our room was going to be like, but we were pleasantly surprised and room was not a reflection on how dirty the second floor public washroom and outside of the washroom was. All very clean in room. Lots of construction going on outside but never heard it and elevator was working great! All staff very friendly and very accommodating.we would stay here again"

"Rooms were slightly dated but we didn’t mind as we knew it was an older hotel. Everything else looked modern and updated including the great indoor/outdoor heated pool. Great hotel for families. The hotel restaurant had excellent food as well. Staff was super helpful with all of our needs. Would definitely recommend and stay there again."
