"The resort and service was one of the best I have ever been too. The staff were incredible and everything was perfect. "

"I had a room with pool and sea view 326, I recommend everyone to take this room, the view from the balcony is spectacular. There was a fruit basket and a hand-written welcome note in my room which is an amazing detail. Hotel uses only glass bottles for water which is an additional level of comfort as I hate plastic bottles. The breakfast buffet is different every day, the food is amazing and the staff is super attentive. I would like give praise to staff members: Miss Dorcas, Mr. Shibly, Mr. Shah and Mr. Hillary for their extraordinary professionalism and dedication to customer care."

"My room was huge but for a 'new' hotel, the fittings and fixtures are very poor quality. There were hairs in the shower which very defnitely dd not belong to me. The shower head was leaking very badly and the water poured outside the shower all over the bathroom floor. I had to request housekeepoing to service the room as it was not done. Service at the coffee shope was very, very slow; I was the only customer and my cappuccino took 20 minutes to arrive (I timed it). Overall, I would not stay here again."
