"5 star service leading up to and throughout our 4-night stay at this wonderful spa hotel. Staff were friendly, warm, professional and extremely helpful with a personal touch. Spa was excellent and our package including exclusive use of the spa came with little extras we never expected such as a bottle of complimentary bottle of champagne. Stunning views. Highly recommended that you ask the hotel about hiring a driver for wine tours. "

"This is a wonderful hotel for a stay in Tuscany. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast offers a great variety of options, making it a perfect start to the day. The location is also convenient—about 45 minutes to Florence, an hour to Pienza and Montepulciano, and roughly 25 minutes to Siena. The only drawback is that the walls are quite thin, so noise from the neighboring room can be easily heard."

"Beautiful property very well maintained. Relaxing, private, quiet and extremely beautiful setting. Rooms were well appointed with nice terraces out front. Staff were very professional and attended to your every need. Slightly disappointed with the food at dinner but the breakfast was good and had an assortment of choices."

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided was excellent."
