"The cabin was SUPER clean and of a great size, very comfortable but no hot water and no plates, silverware or cups. We had asked to have ice in our cabin upon our arrival and they forgot. The grounds need major renovations, run down and dirty. We went for breakfast at 8 am an the kitchen was closed, kitchen staff arrived at 9:05am and started preparing breakfast and we finally broke fast at 9:45am. "Zimmergrösse war in Ordnung, aber leider nicht geputzt. Handtücher, Seife und Shampoo waren noch vom Vorgänger da. Überall lagen tote Insekten. Essen war ungenießbar. Irgendwelche Pasta mit Dosengemüse und Fertigsauce, Reis mit Fleisch komplett versalzen. Alles sehr lieblos. Eigentlich sehr schade, weil die Anlage und Location sehr schön wäre. "

"Awesome place the staff after a few days started to feel like family. The views that we had there were excellent. The food was very good, the pool and the villas are top notch. Extremely clean and they maintained our rooms every time we left it. The staff were incredible supporting with all our activities we did and the planning our breakfast in the morning before our morning expeditions. Everyone there made the experience just so much better and eventful. Y’all did very well. Good job people. "
