"The staff was amazing and helpful always. They always brought us towels and answered any questions we had. Super accommodating. I will say when we went there was a TON of large groups who would leave trash in the halls, it was not the staff it was more so the people who were very unclean lol. The staff and hotel were amazing!"

"This is my second time staying here. It really is a great stay, with a spacious and clean room, and great amenities, close to Disney and restaurants. My only complaints? I wish yhe shower was better (pressure-wise) and the parking fee was disclosed on Expedia PRIOR to booking, hence my 4-star review."

"Breakfast was okay, had trouble with the parking garage, double charged us, but they took care of it right away, the gentleman at the front desk was awesome!!! No special creamers, the staff at breakfast were not friendly, my husband went and got a bowl of fruit sat it down at our table, went to get a cup of coffee and the lady threw his fruit away, he said hey I just got that, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away, rude!!!"
