"Good afternoon amazing place. I stayed here before nothing but the best service was excellent. Only thing is the person at the front desk was a little bit less personable. I would say Dry. Also, when I called from the room to request check out and have someone get my bags we waited over 20 minutes. No one came. We took the bags downstairs and we went through the elevator all the way to the exit and we saw no one come up to get us and of course the same thing front desk on the phone did not ask any question is everything OK? Did you had a good stay but the place itself is amazing. Love it. They just need to talk to the staff in the front desk to be a little more hospitable."

"This place is truly beautiful and so comfortable. My family cherished every single moment we spent here, and we're already looking forward coming back soon. The girl that checked me in Jas went way and beyond to make it more pleasant for my family because she moved my room which was far from the waterslide we originally booked to a family suite at no expense just so my grandson would be closer. I will forever be grateful. Someone needs to move her to a supervisor or manager because she definitely deserves it 100%."
