Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort

"Complete surprise to find out that I had reserved the room with a full kitchen. I had seen other rooms within their hotel with the full kitchens just thought that I had reserved a smaller room that didn't have a full kitchen. Guess I thought only the oceanfront rooms had the full kitchen. We totally enjoyed the queen bedroom with TV, then next was the bath that was really nice, then you pass through a full kitchen with stove, sink, with full size refrigerator not the studio dorm room refrigerator, and a living room space with a small table, pullout sofa and a murphy wall bed. The queen bed was comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the swimpark and a side view of the ocean. We enjoyed the lazy river pool. There was a coffee shop on site and a little store. There were a few restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again. Not far from the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Baseball Park. We enjoyed the game."

"Beautiful property but location is not walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, mini grocery, etc. We had lunch & dinner at Eden Roc because we did not want to drive to downtown/south beach (parking is hard to find). The automatic 20% service charge added to food, drinks, etc by the hotel was a negative on top of their high prices. If you have a vehicle, you can only valet park $60+ per night. There is a city of Miami parking lot next to the hotel where you can self park for $20/day (this is what we did)."
