โThe staff were exceptional!! Super friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was ok. Never felt unsafe which was nice. I would definitely stay there again next time Iโm in NYC!โ
โThe location one of the best parts of this hotel. You are steps away from luxury shops and restaurants. You have access to Zero Bond and a speak easy bar (located in the basement). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the space was pretty good. โ

The hotel was very artistic and comfort.
Everything in the hotel was beautiful ( even the reception corner too ) and i really liked the vibe of the hotel.
Plus, the staff was very kind and i can easily use the subwy too.
I 100% recommend you guys this hotel.

"Terrible stay as I left my windbreaker in the closet there but when call if they have it, they said no. I am very sure one of the cleaning ladies took it. It is not a fancy one but the fact that one would still take stuff from the customer is unacceptable. I will never stay there again! "
