"The area was great - near beach and restaurants the hotel was old and worn - room was dirty - but sheets were clean - resort fee was 34.00 per person - no idea what that fee was for - pools were small and area by pool was very worn and old "

"Huge property - however expecting staff and security to know the property. Not being able to direct me to the business center was a little frustrating… The elevator in the Tower was pretty disgusting. All in all great property - not sure will return. "

"There was no closet, no drawers, no desks just 2 beds. Shower was ok but that’s about it. Housekeeping did not come for room service till 6 pm but all they did was change the towels. It was very difficult to move around the room as there’s no space in the room. Would never go there again. "

"For the price and location you can’t beat it!! The elevator wasn’t working when we were there but they made up for it by checking us in early. Staff is very nice. Nespresso machine in the room is a great added touch. "

"Hotel grounds were very cute! Loved the pool area and daybeds. Carpet throughout the hotel could stand to be replaced, and the elevator was out of service…The staff left a lot to be desired! Very unfriendly and there were several times that no one was even at the desk. Hospitality should be a focus here :)"
