Absolutely unacceptable experience โ avoid at all costs.
This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences Iโve ever had.
From the beginning, the apartment had multiple issues: mediocre cleanliness, broken furniture (including a damaged chair), and Wi-Fi that didnโt work, despite being advertised. We tried reaching out via WhatsApp โ no response.
But the real nightmare happened when we returned at 2 a.m. during a heatwave and found the electronic door lock wasnโt working. We were locked out of the apartment completely. We called all four emergency lines provided โ not a single one answered. Even Expedia couldnโt get in touch with them.
We were left stranded in the middle of the night in a foreign city, with no access to our room, no access to necessary medication, and no help. We had to sleep on a friendโs floor. If we didnโt have that option, we wouldโve had to pay hundreds for another hotel or worse, sleep outside.
And when the office finally opened? Still no urgency, no apology, no compensation.
This place is listed as having 24/7 emergency support โ thatโs a lie. In a real emergency, theyโre completely unreachable.
For over 200 euros, this was a disgrace.
Mediocre cleanliness, zero support, and dangerous negligence.
Avoid this place at all costs. One star is being generous.
