"Hotel was in a nice location, quiet at night and close to a tram stop which made getting around quiet easy. Hotel staff was extremely friendly every time we needed something. We have stayed a citizen M before and that great experience gave us the confidence in booking them in Zürich. Would highly recommend. "

"Location is brilliant, right next to two different types of public transport right into the city and connections to the airport. You’ve also got loads of shops right near you, as well as grocery stores and cafes! The rooms itself are perfect size for two. Spacious with lounges, large bathroom areas and comfortable beds. Also want to say reception and bar staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who helped us check in but he went above and beyond to give us as much info for our stay as possible! Highly recommend this hotel for your Zurich stay :) "

"Very unique hotel, great location. Easy walk to all the restaurants/shopping/train station! We ate at Kings Cave, very cool setting and food was delicious! Live music such a huge bonus in the bar! What makes this hotel stand out is the staff, they are SUPERB!!"
