"Room was clean. But light bulbs were out. The room phone didn’t work. I tried to call down to desk and I could hear the lady but she couldn’t hear me. I called 3 times. Every call she was rude like she was put out to answer the phone. The ac didn’t cool in the middle of the night just started making noise. I didn’t call about that because what was going to happen in the middle of the night with this unhelpful person? "

"Nicely decorated hotel. Quiet, comfortable room. If you're looking for super clean and up-to-date, this is not the place for you. But if you like charm and comfort at a reasonable price this hits the spot. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and the steam room. Although the 2nd night the steam room didn't come on. Breakfast is limited but there are enough choices to get your day started. Overall we would stay again"

"Suite we paid for had no mattress and filthy. Moved to another room with stains on the couch and floor and smelled heavily of smoke. This place was absolutely filthy and disgusting!!!"

"horrible parking, no access to side doors past 8, bathtubs dirty, towels like cardboard and staff are rude, conversate in another language and act as if your intruding on their conversation when trying to check in."
