โHotel was amazing from the check in to the check out. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure each guest is comfortable and happy. Very polite and friendly staff in every area of the hotel. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable with very fresh linens. Beautiful hotel in walking distance to restaurants, stores and bars. Will be back! โ
โStaff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. โ
โFood at the Salt Restaurant & Bar is great. There is a bit of a wait to be seated for breakfast since the waiters / waitresses have to be the hostess & bus the tables themselves, they could use more help.
Bar tender at the bar is always polite & friendly, drinks are always made correctly. It would be nice if the bar was available later at night on the weekend.โ
โupdated, clean, and very comfortable. Beds are soft but not firm. pillows were not mush. i don't think you would be disappointed if you stay hereโ
"During the college graduation season, hotel rates were unreasonably high. While I understand that prices can go up during peak seasons, this was a rural hotel, and the rates felt unjustified. The staff were friendly and kind, but the condition of the hotel was disappointingโ the bathroom fan didnโt work, and the drain was clogged. It was originally $609 per night plus tax, totaling $1,425 for two nights, which was absolutely not worth it. I appealed to the manager and got it reduced to around $900, but even that felt too expensive for the quality of the hotel."
