Room lock didn’t work. Bedsheet had hair on it. When we requested for a new room, we were given keys to another room but when we opened the door, there were already hotel guests inside the room. Just overall a disastrous experience.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. One thing that bothered me was that during breakfast, the ham and eggs were placed in the same heated container. The Craftsman Inn & Suites
Large room/suite was lovely but lighting was a bit dim. Still, a favorite place to stay while in the Syracuse area. Nice breakfast too.
