“Great! Everything was up to par! staff were great hotel and rooms were clean just overall service was great. the environment as well was nice: big lobby, courtyard, and location was great. felt very walkable everywhere! would recommend!”

“The hotel has a fantastic location right next to the canal, and the staff were very kind and attentive. However, accessing the elevator requires going up some stairs, which makes it less convenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Although I stayed in a Junior Suite, the canal view was not as good as expected, which was a bit disappointing.”

The views of the canal out the window, the details paid to everything (the hidden fridge), the great water pressure. It's been years, maybe decades since a hotel impressed me as much as our stay at the Kanalhuset did.”
