Thousand Islands, Indonesia hotel rooms at the Oakwood

"We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found that we had a message from the airline saying that our next flight was delayed by 24 hours. So the team from the hotel took us back to the airport and we were able to reschedule our flights and make it to our destination. The team were always smiling and pleasant to deal with a credit to the hotel."

"Fantastic hotel and super convenient. Great room with lots of space and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Despite being part of the airport complex, can still be a bit of a walk to/from...plus entry is on the 2nd storey so directions from the airport can be a bit off."

" Friendly staffs very help ful, room is spacious ancd clean, powerful water pressure, iron, hairdryer. Great breakfast. Location walking distance to Chinatown Glodok Pancoran. If you walk further you can find Kota Tua a tourist attraction or ITC Mangga Dua Shopping Mall."
