โTrรจs bel hรดtel. Prรจs de plein de restaurants. Trรจs prรจs de lโautoroute. Parfait pour un arrรชt pour une nuit pour couper la route en 2. Excellent dรฉjeuner. Personnel trรจs gentil et accueillant ! Je recommande. โ
โVery happy with our stay. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Staff super friendly. Loved that I could grab a fresh coffee or tea in the lobby at anytime. Only improvement l would suggest is the breakfast area. The area where the food is, it is small and in a U shape. It was hard to grab breakfast with so many people trying to get into a small space. Should galley style for easier access โ
โHotel was clean , comfy beds and staff was accommodating of every request. All staff was pleasant and greeted me with a smile
The food at the hotel restaurant was fresh and tasty .โ
โThe accommodation was a little far from Kingston Downtown,
It was great in every way.
Breakfast was really delicious.
The accommodation was clean and tidy.
It was good to park in front of and behind the hotel.
It was easy to find a hotel.
The hotel staff were friendly.
However, if there's anything to be desired, it would be nice if the hotel had slippers.
There's a little noise between floors. The sound of walking upstairs is pounding.โ
"The hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at allโtruly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing.
Inside the room, electrical wires were untidily hanging from the wall, creating a messy and unsafe appearance. The coffee machine was dirty, and the supposedly new disposable cups had coffee stains on them, which was shocking. It seemed clear that the cleaning standards were extremely poor. On top of that, the room was poorly soundproofed, and I could hear conversations from both the hallway and the neighboring rooms, leaving me unable to escape the noise.
