“stayed there 57 years ago at exactly same time of year, place was humming, all in house facilities were operating. this time nothing, no bar, no dining room, no breakfast, had to go outside of hotel for all facilities. lots of stairs, no elevator, place needs modernising.”

“Amazing stay!”

“Accomodation fit our budget and schedule for a few days. Booking additional car parking is recommended as there was a fair walk from Thredbo with a lot of steps. There is a courtesy bus that we gratefully used after walking Kosciuszko Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having snacks and drinks in the lounge with the fire (and world cup tv) The drying room was great as our clothes were very wet”

“Very nice staff! Nancy went above and beyond to help me prepare for the summit.”

“The view from the room was very nice, unfortunately the restaraunt and bars were closed more than open due to poor season and staffing Would have been nice if we were warned of this before booking..very dissapointing to find out after check in.”

“Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the lake. Staff very helpful and friendly.”

“Good Location, clean rooms and the Staff were great”

“The most amazing comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. Lots of stairs but it helps to make you hungry for some amazing food. If you eat here you will not starve. The shower, let's say wow, strong and hot. The communication before check-in and then the communication as we neared the end of our stay was excellent. We will be back.”

“Basic motel with a wonderful view. very close to the shops and bars, but noisy until late at night.”

“All good”

“The staff are friendly and the room is clean and also because we stay there at winter the ac for heater is good.”
