Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom.

Fine staff, especially Thomas. Happy to add delight to our London stay. Found the right restaurants for us, made sure everything went smoothly during our 9 night stay. We have stayed here annually for more than 10 years.

Mixed Experience – Great Location but Hygiene Needs Improve The hotel is very well located, which made getting around quite convenient. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which we appreciated. However, the overall hygiene standards, particularly in the toilet, were below expectations. Additionally, the carpets in the reception area and corridors were quite old and had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience. With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could be a much better place to stay
