A propriedade é pequena, porém é confortável, aceita animais e é bem localizada, pois é perto de todas as praias, o local é meio barulhento, as ruas são movimentadas e tem constantes motos e carros passando, uma coisa muito ruim e que não é culpa da hospedagem em si, é que aparentemente tem um ponto de venda de drogas exatamente em frente a casa, então isso gera muito desconforto.

Estadia agradável, apartamento amplo, limpeza, roupa de cama e banho satisfatórias, acomoda bem até 6 pessoas. Bem localizada (mas muito barulhenta), com mercados, restaurantes e conveniências próximas. Cozinha bem equipada para preparar pratos rápidos e servir, só faltou copo (Tinha só 3 e eramos 4 pessoas). Apenas 1 quarto com ar condicionado (fique atento no momento da reserva). Deixa a desejar e muito nos colchões e travesseiros.
