โI do not really review anything, but I think Iโd be my remiss not to mention this absolute gem of a hotel we found. Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and youโll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi!
Much better than Radisson where Iโve stayed 2 nights - if you find this hotel, do t skip - youโll be pleased โ
โThe counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager.
They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number.
They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation.
It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive.

โWe stayed here for a night on a visit to Bodh Gaya and Gaya and the experience was quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was very clean. Food and service were excellent. The hotel is relatively new and is a bit out of the way from the Bodh Gaya attractions area. โProperty though looking good the facilities are not serviced properly. No back up power when power went off for half hour. No hot water in morning. Cafeteria start only at 7 am. โ
โLarge family room with good AC and furnishing; very clean. Accessible by car - this option is not available for many of the good hotels in Bodh Gaya as only e-rickshaws are permitted to access the vicinity of the Mahabodhi temple. Very courteous and helpful staff in the front desk and restaurant. Good food, cooked to your taste and specifications. Property is located centrally within easy commuting distance of Gaya, Bodh Gaya and Gaya Airport. Ideal place to stay if you have work in Gaya as well...
