"The room is spacious. It is ocean view. Most of the rooms of the hotel are ocean view. It is a perfect place to look through the windows for sunrise. Room is clean and accommodating. Has micorwave, coffee maker, electric oven, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. "

"There’s a gentleman by the name of “Chris” whom I’m assuming is an operator (answers and transfers accordingly) is NOT friendly at ALL. I’d HIGHLY suggest some customer service retraining. The toilet had an issue which come to find out stemmed from outside yet, it was fixed in a timely fashion. "
