“Rating is a C+ Biggest problem- Poison Ivy on the parking lot islands. It’s growing between the landscaping rocks. I overheard another guest in the lot trying to pull her dog away from it and was shocked when I walked around to the front of my car and saw just how spread out it was. The room itself was updated, very clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was nice. The man at the desk was nice when I checked in and out. “The staff at check in, didn't tell us to watch our step getting off the elevator because the floors in front of the elevator when you got off were being redone,! No safety signs & pieces of construction materials laying around. Large gaps in flooring. Messy! The workers not being safe. Breakfast - cheap yogurt, no hard boiled eggs or cartons of milk. I had stayed at a Quinta in Gainesville Florida & it was nice, not this one. Room ok, but refrigerator wasn't plugged in!”

“On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”
