Staff were really friendly, breakfast had a good spread of eggs, bacon, cerial, pasteries, coffee and juice was also available. The views are incredible and there is a little town about a 5 min walk from the hotel which has a few bars and restaurants.

Nach einer sehr steilen und kurvenreicher Anfahrt liegt das Hotel hoch über dem Gardasee. Der Blick entschädigt wohl die Anfahrt jedoch zur jeder Unternehmung muss man den Weg wieder runter. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Hotel ist nicht geeignet für jemanden der auf Hilfe angewiesen ist. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Wir sind mit einem Hund (Bolonka zwetna) angereist und hatten keine Probleme weder beim Frühstück noch am Pool. Abendessen kann man im Hotel einnehmen es steht eine Restaurant zur Verfügung. Nach 21:00 Uhr kann man sich an den gekühlten Kühlschränken (Bar Selbstbedienung) auf vertrauensbasis bedienen. Für eine Reise mit Hund ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick (ca. 25 m²) gebucht, erhielten jedoch stattdessen ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer (ca. 12 m²) mit Terrasse am Parkplatz und ohne Seeblick. Das Zimmer wirkte unfertig und wie ein Einzelzimmer. Da bei unserer Ankunft nur der Barkeeper anwesend war, sollten wir einen Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag ansprechen. An der Rezeption hieß es mehrere Tage lang, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und wir sollten täglich erneut nachfragen. Parallel kontaktierte auch Expedia das Hotel mehrfach, erhielt jedoch keine Rückmeldung. Am vierten Tag sollten wir zum Zimmertausch zur Rezeption kommen, warteten dort jedoch zwei Stunden, da die Rezeption weder besetzt noch erreichbar war, bevor wir endlich in das gebuchte Zimmer umziehen konnten (Tag 4/8). Eine finanzielle Entschädigung oder Teilrückerstattung erhielten wir nicht. Unser Eindruck war, dass sich das Hotel kaum um eine schnelle Lösung bemühte. Auch andere Gäste berichteten von einer falschen Zimmerzuteilung. Das Restaurant war in Ordnung, Preise und Essen waren gut. Allerdings blieb das Restaurant an einem Tag ohne Hinweis geschlossen. Positiv sind der Welcome Drink, die gepflegte Poolanlage, die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, sowie der schöne Blick über den Gardasee. Die schöne Lage wertet den Aufenthalt auf. Die mangelhafte Organisation der Zimmervergabe, die schlechte Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption sowie der Umgang mit dem Buchungsfehler haben den Gesamteindruck jedoch leider getrübt.

Das Hotel ist einfach nur toll. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir erst um 21 Uhr angekommen sind und die Check-in Zeit nur bis 18 Uhr ging, konnten wir trotzdem ohne Probleme einchecken. Das Zimmer hatte einen modernen Still, der sich so durchs ganze Hotel zog. Der Pool war super um zu entspannen und sich abzukühlen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und das Hotel ist wärmsten zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel besticht durch einen überragenden Blick auf den Gardasee. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen kann man diesen Blick genießen. Auch von den meisten Zimmer aus ist dies möglich. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Außenpool erfrischt bei hohen Temperaturen und bietet genügend Anzahl an Liegen sowie Sonnenschirmen. Super ist, dass man den ganzen Tag über die Sonne genießen kann - wir konnten gleich nach dem Frühstück Sonne am Pool genießen und dies bis zu den frühen Abendstunden ausnutzen. Benötigt wird unbedingt ein Auto, die Anfahrt geht über steile Serpentinen. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine ruhige Lage und bietet nach etwaigen Programmpunkten eine Ruheoase. Manche Abläufe im Hotel wirken noch etwas unroutiniert, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es gibt keinen Schrank oder eine Kommode!!! Man weiß nicht, wo man seine Wäsche ablegen soll. Man lebt definitiv aus dem Koffer. Geht überhaupt nicht!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in renoviertem Hotel

Das Hotel liegt in einer schöner erhöhten Lage am Gardasee und bietet den einen großartigen Blick auf den See. Trotz Hauptsaison war es sehr entspannt. Vor allem der gute und überaus freundliche Service sucht seinesgleichen! Nur zu empfehlen!

Kokonaisvaikutelma pettymys

Valitsimme tämän hotellin Gardan lomamme ajaksi, koska se oli saanut paljon erinomaisia arvioita. Tästä syystä odotuksemme olivat korkealla, mutta valitettavasti hotelli yltää korkeintaan keskitasolle. Huone oli mukava, kivasti sisustettu ja näkymät toki upeat. Siivous oli kuitenkin heikkotasoista. Huoneemme jätettiin yhtenä päivänä kokonaan siivoamatta. Siivous oli suurpiirteistä, ei esim. viety pois kaikkia roskia tai käytettyjä astioita, eikä tehty minkäänlaista tavaroiden järjestestelyä. Kerran huoneen jääkaappi oli irrotettu pistorasiasta, minkä seurauksena lapsemme ruuat ja maidot olivat käyttökelvottomia. Hotellin aamiainen ei myöskään saa kehuja. Aamiainen oli huomattavan kallis (20 e per aamiainen) eikä tarjonta ollut erityisen runsas. Tällöin hinnalla olisi voinut odottaa enemmän kuin lähinnä leipää ja jugurttia. Hotellin työntekijät olivat pääosin ystävällisiä, mutta yhtenä iltana saavuimme vasta puolen yön aikaan niin että hotellin pääovet olivat lukossa. Saimme työntekijältä ikävän katseen ja moitteen pääoven käyttämisestä. Kukaan ei kuitenkaan ollut neuvonut meille etukäteen, että pääovesta ei sovi tulla näin myöhäiseen aikaan. Yksi rasittava asia oli myös parkkipaikkojen puute. Hotelli sijaitsee syrjässä vuoristossa enkä usko kenenkään saapuvan hotelliin ilman omaa autoa. Parkkipaikat kuitenkin olivat melkein joka päivä täynnä siten, että jouduimme jättämään auton vain check-iniä varten varatulle paikalle. Meitä moitittiin tästäkin vaikka vaihtoehtoja ei ollut.

Bra boende i nyrenoverat och rent skick. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vägarna upp till boendet är krokiga och branta och på slutet väldigt smala men när man kommer upp har man en fantastisk utsikt över sjön.
