We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! "Best staff of any 5 star hotel either of us have ever stayed at. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional people skills. Left with the impression every staff member GENUINELY wanted to help you, as opposed to it just being their job. Both myself and travelling companion extremely impressed and instantly put at ease and relaxed by the whole team. Thank you for a wonderful stay, next time hopefully we can stay longer."
