When checking in be patient as there are slow, be aware that their beds are not the most comfortable, their matresses are too soft and seem to need new ones, also we were not able to figure out how their tv system works, it was difficult and confusing. The room was noisy.

Hotel West Plaza
The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were really comfortable and I enjoyed having drinks at the rooftop bar. I would definitely stay here again!
