It doesn’t say where we should check in and the front desk doesn’t pick up the phone when I called. It just give me the time and hour of operation and phone number. When we got there we went drive around looking to check In. During that time we went through the gated entrance which we though its part of the resort but turn out it wasn’t. “Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in.
