Lyxigt att ha bilen precis utanför, innanför grindar. Fint med balong och kylskåp på rummet. Enkel men bra frukost, lyxigt med bubbel på helgen. Väldigt när att gå ner till "centrum". Bra gångavstånd till allt i Timmendorf.

Bra hotell med bra läge och skapliga parkeringsmöjligheter. Har bott här ett 10-tal gånger. Rymliga rum, ingen havsutsikt. Allt bra utom bemötandet från frukostpersonalen.. vi hade i receptionen fått tiderna för frukosten, när vi kom till frukosten blev vi rent ut sagt utskällda för att vi kom för tidigt. Vi bad om ursäkt, och sade att vi fått tiden från receptionen Dom hade kunnat säga till lite vänligt att vi tyvärr var för tidiga och bett oss vänta lite. Vi blev istället bryskt tillrättavisade, och tillsagda att inte komma för tidigt dagen efter. Dagen efter var det annan personal och allt var ok.

Wir hatten einen spontanen Familienurlaub in einer Suite gebucht. Die Suite an sich war Top, allerdings sind einige Mängel (defekte Türzarge, so dass man Angst hatte die Tür kommt einem entgegen, Verbindung am Doppelstockbett hing auf den letzten Millimetern der Holzdübel) erkennbar gewesen. Auch dass die Suite für vier Personen ist, in der Kitchenette aber nur Teller und Besteck für zwei vorhanden ist warf Fragen auf. Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden und da wir die Mängel bei Abreise benannt hatten denke ich dass diese zeitnah beseitigt werden und die nächsten Gäste noch zufriedener sein werden.

Sehr schöne ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage am Timmendorfer Strand. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte so langsam eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. In unserem Kurzurlaub haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage, Parken ist auf dem Gelände möglich. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Der Service zum Frühstück hätte etwas zuvorkommender sein können.

Super hyggeligt sted. Men kunne ikke komme ind selvom vi var der indenfor receptionens åbningstid. Vi måtte ringe 5 gange til hotellet før nogen svarede telefonen og lukkede os ind.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Ein Hotel, bei dem das "Bettenhaus" bereits sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen ist. Mit der Renovierung der Flure (Farbanstrich) wurde begonnen, aber der Aufzug, die Betten (Kopfteil wurde mit Paketband geflickt), der Badspiegel (verkratzt), Gardinen, Sessel, Couch, etc. lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück ist umfangreich, die Service-Kräfte sind sehr freundlich und um den Gast bemüht.

Super unkomplizierter Empfang bei der Rezeption, Parkplätze vorhanden, aber man sollte sein Fahrzeug kennen und fahren können, recht eng und keine direkte Wendemöglichkeit. Wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, mit 2 Kindern im Gepäck in der Grisebach Suite untergebracht, mit Küche und "Kinderschlafzimmer" war es ausreichend. Die Damen im Frühstücksbereich waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder. 👍

Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet und tolle Lage. Einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit würde ich bei mehr veganen Möglichkeiten beim Frühstücksbuffet sehen. Sprich Brotaufstriche z.B. aber das „Problem“ liegt mehr generell in der Gegend, weil es fast nirgends so richtig vegane Speisen gibt. Sonst 5 Sterne.
