"Property was clean and very near Majestic. Air-conditioning, Staff were all excellent and it seemed popular with young professional/ local travelers. But it is at the end of a narrow alley that allows only one automobile at a time. Many times Uber/cabs didn't want to come in through the alley to pick up/drop off."

"Very Good Hotel, For stay with Family. Would Surly stay again. Except the Lobby, and the corridors, every thing was good. Lobby and corridors was hot (No AC/ Ventilation) Good and polite staff. Quick and easy revert and solutions for all issues."

My only recommendation would be to be just focus on being a professional host and avoid inconveniencing guests due to religious festivals (such as delaying time of included breakfast) Having said that, for people who don’t mind that aspect I would say this is a very nice place to stay in the heart of Bengaluru!
