非常に見つけにくいが、28の文字が書いてある建物のインターホンを押すとスタッフの方がすぐに出てきてくれる。 室内はとても広く必要十分であり、バスタブもヨーロッパにしては大きめなのである程度体を伸ばせる。 室内の一部に掃除が行き届いていない気もするが、大きく気になることはなかった。 調理器具(特にコンロとか)を利用するなら、部屋の案内時に教えてもらったほうがよいと思われる(日本と大分様式が異なる)。 駅からのアクセスもよく、スタッフの方の感じも良かったのでまた利用したい。

Ne pas oublier de prendre le passage sous voie pour y arriver, 5 min de la gare. coin tranquille la nuit . Appartement sympa et prore , nous sommes bien accueillis, et petits déjeuner sympa . Par contre le chauffage trop bas , ne pas oublier une jaquette .

This property is very clean, confortable and centrally located!!! The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a nice patio. Nidia, the owner, goes above and beyond to your needs. We were able to check-in early and allowed us to leave our bags in the property our scheduled train departure time. Very convenient!!! The train station is about a 8 minute walk. Make sure you take the underground tunnel that connects the train station with the bus station. From the bus station is only a 5 minute walk. We hope to stay in Casa dulce casa next time. Thank you Nidia!!!!

We stayed there for 2 nights. This was quite badly managed and no one bothered. It seemed like it was a property owned by a family running a hotel or something but this definitely was a hotel as it was touted. The kitchen was quite dark, the fan extractor was not working and after telling them they just ignored it. It was advertised with "Free Buffet Breakfast" but the owner texted me saying the breakfast was not free... Also, it was in the kitchen - some longlife prepacked croissants, longlife bread a cartoon of orange juice for 6 people! I checked again on my confirmation and it was supposed to be Free Buffett Breakfast which I expected to be ready every morning... But the owner, Nadia, wanted to charge me on top of over £400 for 2 nights for 6 of us (2 were children). Other points : Kitchen was quite sparsely furnished (only 2 pans for 6 people. Microwave was not working properly It advertised as full size fridge - there was only a half fridge. The freezer was not working at all. No TV - to be honest it was not advertised. No sign of 'staff' during our stay. Very bad and never again there.

Friendly, quiet and well-located

We were given a warm welcome on arrival. We had the whole of the first floor to ourselves, although it wasn't quite clear if that would the case if other guests were staying. Tea, coffee, toasting bread and cakes provided for breakfast. Only grumbles are that the water in shower could have been hotter and there was no curtain/blind on the roof window in the small bedroom. All in all very good!

Quiet location with warm welcome

Super warm welcome from Nadia. House is located in a quiet residential area. The train line runs not too far from the house so you may hear the train passing through once a while but it's not that loud. Room and the shared toilet were very clean. Nadia was kind enough to turn on the heater for us even when it's not the recommended period yet. Restaurants and cafes are a short 10 minutes walk away.

Gentilezza proprietaria, vicinanza al centro.

L'appartamento è grande ed è costituito da 3 camere da letto. Ci sono due bagni di cui uno con doccia e vasca. La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La Signora Nadia, proprietaria, è molto gentile e mette a suo agio i proprio ospiti. L'auto si riesce a parcheggiare facilmente, a me è stato offerto il garage al chiuso gratuitamente! Un po' di fila quando c'è da fare la doccia nelle ore "di punta" ma ampiamente sopportabile. Consigliato a gruppi di amici, o coppie, che hanno la possibilità di occupare l'intero appartamento. Ci ritornerei.
