Rooms were unkempt. Rooms very hot, showers took ages to heat. No housekeeping without requesting 24 hours before, not aware of this on arrival

The key was missing from the key safe and having phoned the owner it turned out that a member of staff had walked off with the keys. Also no shower gel. With the kitchen being the other side of a vary thin wall i was awaken around 6am by noise in the communal kitchen.
