The owner is such a gift to his guests!!! He is kind and has a wealth of knowledge to share with his guests!! He represents the best of Italy with his charm and wit!!! Truly one of the best experiences we had in Italy! The room was as charming as he is!

We loved staying here -- the owner is wonderful and made us feel very comfortable. He also made us a dinner reservation and a great breakfast in the morning! We will be staying here again in the future. It was also nice to hear about the history of the town from him as well!

The Best Lodging in Tivoli!

The Regina Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful place to stay in Tivoli, Italy. Everything was excellent from the breakfast to a good night's sleep. The lovely roof top patio was an added perk, and the host Phillipo was the best host I've had at a B and B. He set us up with dinner reservations and cab rides and was very knowledgable about the area. If I ever get to Tivoli again, I'll stay at Regina's B and B.

Great B&B to walk through old Tivoli & enjoy the city. Felipo was a great host and hearing about the family history with the house was special. And Sibilla, the restaurant he recommended (and called to reserve a table for us) was amazing!!! Also, the rooftop terrace was awesome. Definively hope to visit again.

Filippo is an absolute gem of a host – kind, helpful, supportive, engaging, so friendly. He runs six simple but large and excellent rooms in the exact center of town, right in the heart of bustling, wonderful Tivoli. Prices are on point, a nice custom breakfast in the morning, all the guidance you'll need to make the most of your visit and touring. Highly recommended.

Filippo was our guy that checked us in and was incredible! He went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. Don’t forget to ask him about the history of the building. Fantastic experience and great location to stay!

Property in great location. Room double window opened up right above community square. Rooftop terrace was incredible. Highly recommend if you want to stay in heart of Tivoli.
