"This hotel was absolutely amazing and the location is ideal. Waking up every morning to breakfast made it easier to plan, one less detail to figure out. The trains a literally an elevator ride downstairs. The staff is so nice and helpful. And the rooms are cozy and quiet."

"Overall, very nice room. Beautiful hotel. Service was great. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, almost crippled myself stubbing my toe on the high step up in my bathroom. Recommend laying down a robe there to cushion the impact for the moments you forget. Also, could also use more drawer space."

"I knew the hotel rooms in Japan are small, but this one is really well set out. The bathroom is compact so only one at a time! The room has everything you’d need. We had 2 large suitcases and there was enough room (ours are soft shell so you’d need to think about hard shell if you have those). Everything is spotless. No daily clean but they will replace towels for you. Bedside lights and charging points. Good AC and not noisy! Extra pillows in the hall if you need them. Check-in was easy and the staff we very helpful. We had breakfast included and went to the small restaurant in the Annexe building as the queue was long at the main restaurant. Lots of Asian options there."
